3. Hemant Karkare (ATS Chief) The fearless chief of the Mumbai ATS, who was martyred in an attack while on duty.

4.vijay Salaskar (Encounter Specialist) One of the most experienced officers of the Mumbai Police—he also gave his life for the nation.

5. Ashok Kamte (Additional Commissioner) He fought with unparalleled leadership. In addition to these, many soldiers from the NSG, MARCOS, and Mumbai Police risked their lives to rescue hostages on rooftops, corridors, and in smoke-filled rooms.
